Subtle Signs of Chronic Disease in Pets

• Persistent and recurrent "body odor"; needs frequent bathing

• Dry flaky coat

• Waxy ears that need cleaning more often than once a month

• Dark discharge on nailbed

• Red or pink line at gum-tooth junction

• Recurrent skin rash, itch or hot spots

• Must eat only one specific diet or will develop diarrhea or vomiting
